Reliable for Opalescence

I've bought Opalescence PF 15% from Hey Whitening a few times now. This last order, like the others, was consistent. The shipping took about 5 days to reach me in California, which is typical. It's just easy to reorder here when I need more gel.

Smooth order for Philips Zoom

I placed an order for Philips Zoom DayWhite 9.5% Hydrogen Peroxide and some Custom Fit Whitening Trays. The website was straightforward to navigate, making it easy to find both items. Shipping took about 6 days to get to my place in Texas, which was within the timeframe they gave. The products arrived well-packaged and the gels seem authentic, just like what I used before. I had a quick question about the tray molding process, and their customer service responded to my email within a day with helpful instructions. Overall, the experience was pretty good from start to finish. It helped me decide what to expect for future purchases.

Easy to get more gel

My dentist stopped carrying the Opalescence PF 20% I use, so I looked online. Found Hey Whitening. It was super easy to find what I needed and order it. It got here pretty fast too. The whole process was smooth and the gel is the same stuff I always get. Will probably just order from them again when I run out.

Good deal on refills

I was looking for some Philips Zoom NiteWhite 16% and found them here. The price was better than other places I checked, especially with the bulk discount. Felt like a solid purchase, definitely worth what I paid.

Hey guys, thinking about getting some Philips Zoom gel from here. Are these the real deal or some fake stuff? Don't wanna mess up my teeth with dodgy products.

M Marcus N. 1 month ago
Yeah, I had the same concern. I bought NiteWhite 16% from them a few months ago and it was legit. Compared it to what I got from my dentist before and it seemed identical, even the packaging.

They're totally real, don't worry. I've been buying my Opalescence from them for ages. Never had an issue with authenticity.

Anyone know if you can use more than one coupon code at checkout? Got a first-time buyer one and maybe another for a specific product.

C Cody Hughes 1 month ago
Nah, pretty sure it's just one coupon per order. Tried to stack once and it didn't work. Usually says it in the fine print too.

Yeah, pretty standard for most places online, usually just one. But sometimes they have bundle deals that are already discounted, so those are kinda like a built-in 'coupon' anyway.

Are their prices actually better than going to my dentist for the same gels? Or am I just saving a few bucks for basically the same thing?

I Ivy 3 weeks ago
Oh, way better! My dentist charges like double for the same Philips Zoom gels. This site is definitely a huge saver. Plus they often have sales.

It's significantly cheaper, yes. Dentists mark up a lot. These are the same exact professional products, just without the dentist's office overhead. Just make sure you know how to use them safely.

How fast is shipping to like, California? Need some DayWhite pretty quick for an event coming up.

J Julia Walsh 1 month ago
I'm in LA and usually get my orders within 3-5 business days. Sometimes faster if I order early in the week. They're usually pretty good about getting it out fast.

It's decent. Not Amazon Prime fast but definitely not snail mail. Got my last order in about a week to NorCal.

What's the deal with returns? If I open a kit and it's not working for me, can I send it back?

C Cody 1 month ago
Pretty sure once it's open, you can't return whitening stuff for hygiene reasons. That's how most places are with personal care products, especially opened ones.

Yeah, I think for opened kits, they won't take 'em back. You might be able to if it's still sealed and you just changed your mind, but definitely check their policy on the site.
